Limitations of Liability

Our Company makes no guarantees beyond those explicitly stated in writing. We are not liable for:

• Errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.
• Delays caused by the Client's lack of participation or responsiveness.
• Any damages resulting from decisions made based on our analysis or recommendations.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and project completion, ownership of branding and content deliverables transfers to the Client. The Company retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Data Use and Confidentiality

Client data is used internally for market analysis and improving our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. All client data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.

Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay the fees as outlined in their service agreement. Payments must be made on time to avoid service delays or suspension. Refunds are only provided under specific circumstances outlined in individual agreements.

Termination

This agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will remain due. Non-payment or breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of services.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration in accordance with Ohio law; except where the Stripe payment system requires otherwise. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to reimbursement for reasonable legal fees and costs.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
